The Best Airport Lounges at Chicago O'Hare

Polaris, Flagship, Centurion, Korean Air — ORD's lounges ranked.

Chicago O'Hare is one of the deepest U.S. lounge airports, with multiple flagship locations from American, United, and Amex. Here's the 2026 ranking.

Terminal 1 is United's home. The United Polaris Lounge ORD is the marquee international business-class product — full table-service dining, shower suites, daybeds. Reserved for international Polaris ticketed passengers. The United Club ORD T1 is the largest United Club in the network, with multiple zones across the terminal. The new Lufthansa Business Lounge ORD T1 is open to same-day Lufthansa Group and Star Alliance Gold passengers.

Terminal 3 is American's home. The American Flagship Lounge ORD is the East Coast equivalent for international Flagship Business and First passengers, including Flagship Dining for paid First. The Admirals Club ORD has multiple locations across Terminal 3, with the K9 location being the largest.

Terminal 5 is the international terminal. The American Express Centurion Lounge ORD is located at Terminal 3 (not T5), which is convenient if you're connecting from a domestic American flight to an international departure. The British Airways Lounge ORD T5 is open to BA First and Club World/Suite. The Swiss Business Lounge ORD T5 is open to Swiss/Lufthansa Group/Star Alliance Gold passengers. Korean Air Lounge ORD T5 for SkyTeam.

Terminal 2. No major lounges.

The Polaris Lounge at ORD is one of the best business-class lounges in the U.S. — comparable to Polaris SFO and EWR. If you have a qualifying ticket, this is the lounge to use.

Best lounges at ORD overall: Polaris Lounge if you qualify; Centurion Lounge T3 if you have Amex Platinum; United Club Infinite Card holders should use the new C-Concourse United Club, which was renovated in 2024 and is genuinely improved.
